Distiller's Notes:  On the nose: a rich and inviting nose of ripe bananas, cooked sweets and a hint of cinnamon.  On the palate: the palate unfolds with a remarkably thick, chewy and oily texture, followed by a spicy and malty note, complemented by notes of strawberries, brandy schnapps and parma violets.  Finish: subtle peat smoke in the background, wine gum sweetness, roasted oats, stubbly earth taste and a slightly drying taste.
