Aged in Manzanilla Hogshead. 1284 Bottles. Distilled: 2008 and  Bottled February 2024. On the nose Red cola, sandalwood, peppery, dunnage floors, and damp cellar. The palate has flavor of Bacon crisps, chorizo, salted caramel popcorn, and olives. The finish brings Tangerine, mineral, pebbles on the beach, 70-80% dark chocolate, and Turkish delight. 53.6% ABV.
